Anglican Communion in Nigeria gets new Primate


The Anglican Communion in Nigeria now officially has a new primate.

Archbishop Henry Chukwudum Ndukuba was yesterday presented as the fifth Primate of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), as he officially takes up the mantle as the new spiritual head of the Anglican church in Nigeria.

Archbishop Ndukuba was initially elected by the Episcopal Synod, on 24th September, 2019 replacing Primate, Archbishop Nicholas Okoh who retired.
