Nicki Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, has just been granted allowance to attend the birth of the couple’s first child together.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Kenneth Petty was cleared by a judge in California to have his bail restrictions loosened to allow him to leave his residence for the birth.
The judge ordered Petty will remain on “location monitoring” but will have ‘not residential restrictions’.
Kenneth, who was written up 18 times from 2006 to 2013 while he was serving time for a manslaughter conviction in New York, is currently under house arrest and roams around with an ankle monitor, after he pleaded not guilty to the charges of failing to register as a sex offender in California.
Moreover, his passport and other travel documents have also been seized and there’s a ban on him travelling to Southern California, as well as, consuming drugs in any form, including marijuana.
If found guilty, Kenneth can face a prison for a term up to 10 years.
