The star of Netflix’s Tiger King – aka Joseph Maldonado-Passage – is accusing U.S. government agencies of false arrest and imprisonment and has filed a $94 Million Lawsuit.
According to the lawsuit, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service put the tiger (which he says is a “generic animal”) on the endangered species list so that businesses like his could be shut down (“stealing my property and promoting an animal rights agenda”).
Joe Exotic is seeking $73,840,000 for loss of personal property and for his 18 years of working with tigers. He is also seeking an additional $15 million for the death of his mother.
